Getting Started

Getting started with Siftsy

This guide walks you through the basics of navigating Siftsy after you sign in. Learn how to find your teams, access analyses, and move between the main views.

Signing in

When you sign in to Siftsy, you land on your Dashboard — the home screen that shows all teams you have access to.

If you don't have an account yet, contact your team administrator or visit the Siftsy website to request access or schedule a demo.

The Dashboard

The Dashboard is your starting point. From here you can:

  • See all teams you belong to

  • Quickly search for a team by name

  • Create a new team (if your plan allows)

  • Access help resources and support

Click any team card to enter that team's workspace.

Team Views

When you select a team, you enter the team's primary workspace. Here you can:

  • Paste post links — Add new content to analyze

  • Browse posts — View all posts uploaded to the team

  • Analyze comment sections — Filter and analyze comment sections

  • Organize and categorize content — Organize posts into collections

  • Access settings — Manage team members, view usage, and adjust preferences

Siftsy uses a consistent navigation pattern across views:

  • Top bar — The primary action bar where you select posts for analysis, add new posts, and access team settings

  • Main area — Shows your current view: post table, analysis, or settings

  • Profile menu — Access your profile, switch teams, or sign out

Key actions

You'll use a few core actions throughout Siftsy:

  • Add Posts — Upload public post links from supported platforms

  • Analyze — Filter and view comment analysis for selected posts

  • Export — Download analyses as PDF, Word, or images

  • Settings — Manage team, view plan, and adjust preferences

What's next

Now that you know your way around, start by adding posts for analysis. If you're organizing content for a client or campaign, learn about creating campaigns.
