Platform limitations

Each supported platform has the following access and metrics limits.

Posts that are both age-gated and paid promotions are not treated as public by TikTok, and are not accessible at the moment

Public Page posts only
Posts from personal profiles and groups are currently not supported
Only likes, comments, and shares are available; views, saves, and reaction breakdown are not
Comment usernames and avatars are masked

When adding posts by account link, these are the accepted URL and handle formats for each supported platform.

Facebook personal profiles (/people/...) and Groups are not supported for account link upload.
