How to create collections

Use this guide to group posts into collections in Siftsy. Collections make it easier to organize content by campaign, research project, competitor watch, or any structure your team uses.

Create a collection while uploading posts

1. From your Siftsy dashboard, click Add Posts

2. In the Upload Posts panel, add your posts using any of the available methods

3. Click NEXT

4. Create a new collection by typing a name in the search field, or select an existing one

5. Choose a collection type from the dropdown: Campaign, Research, Exploration, Competitor, Brand, Launch, Trend, Crisis, Creator, or Talent

6. Click NEXT, review the posts, then click Analyze

After posts finish processing, they appear inside the collection you created.

Create a collection while creating an analysis

1. From your Siftsy dashboard, click on the top bar that says Choose posts by collection, tag, account and more

2. In the selection panel that appears, click on the search field next to Collection

3. Create a new collection by typing a name in the search field

4. Click New

5. Confirm your Collection Name and click Next

6. Confirm collection creation by clicking Create Collection

The new collection will appear in the collection dropdown list and will already be selected for the analysis you are creating.
