Siftsy 4.0 includes four major updates: expanded insights with topic breakdowns, a new Collections structure for organizing posts, on-demand data resync, and an enhanced Siftsy Score framework.

Insights with richer Topics

The Insights panel now displays topics with volume charts, editorial summaries, and statistics as comments are analyzed. Use this to get a benchmarked view of the conversation and drill into specific themes when needed.

Collections replace Campaigns

Collections are a broader way to organize posts for different use cases: marketing campaigns, research projects, crisis management, event coverage, and more. When you create a collection, choose a type that matches your workflow.

Resync post data on demand

Pull fresh comment data, engagement metrics, and post details whenever you need an update. Weekly or Daily Resyncs are included as part of Growth and above plans, and you can use post credits to resync data at any time.

Siftsy Score V3

Version 3.0 of the Siftsy Score adds Content Sentiment and Topic Sentiment breakouts alongside the overall score. This gives you a fuller picture of how audiences react to different aspects of a post.
