How to create an analysis
Use this guide to create a comment section analysis with Sifty score summaries, insights, and exportable data.
To create an analysis, you need to upload posts first. See How to upload posts
Create an analysis
From your Siftsy dashboard, click on the top bar that says Choose posts by campaign, tag, account and more
In the selection panel that appears, choose your preferences
Campaign filters by campaigns you've created
Tag filters by tags you've applied to posts
Account filters by the account that posted the content
Platform filters by platform, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, or LinkedIn
Date Range filters by post publication date
Sifty Score filters by score range: Off (1-2), Sub Par (3-4), Good (5-6), or Immaculate (7+)
If you want to filter specific posts, expand the Advanced section at the bottom and paste any post links into the Filter by Post Link text box
Click anywhere outside the selection panel to apply your filters
All posts that match your filters will appear with a comment section analysis, which includes a Siftsy Score that gauges the overall vibe of comments within their post context on a 1–10 scale, a high-level summary of the surfaced insights, deeper-level breakdowns by conversations, topics, keywords, and emojis, and the most notable comments found on the posts.
The Posts count at the top shows how many posts match your filters in real time
Click Clear to remove all filters and clear your analysis
In the selection panel, use the Any option to include all options for that filter
Each time you apply new filters, a separate analysis is created
